A shared model, with clear rules
The Aleph Innovation Hub is a strategic unit of Aleph University. It works under a shared governance model in which members take part in decisions, committees and results.
Board of Directors
Sets the Hub’s direction, approves new members and oversees results. It is formed in Phase 2 (Launch), under a shared governance model. Sigma Scientific, as Anchor Founding Partner, holds a permanent seat.
Technical Committees
Bring together experts from member institutions around specific topics, such as testing, regulatory science or training. Participation in the committees is one of the membership benefits.
Institutional coordinators
Each member appoints a coordinator who serves as the contact point with the Hub and follows up on the projects and initiatives the institution takes part in.
Annual results report
Each year the Hub publishes public metrics and a results report, so members and the public can see what the ecosystem has achieved.

Our rules
Commitments we keep in public
- We only name partners with a signed agreement. Today the only partner we name is Sigma Scientific, our Anchor Founding Partner.
- Member names and logos are published only after the agreement is signed and the institution authorizes the use of its brand.
- The scope and terms of each benefit are agreed with each member and set out in its agreement.
- Results are reported publicly every year.
Be part of the founding stage
The first members will help shape the Board, the committees and the first projects.
